About Me
Hi, I'm MadhiMy path to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) began through my own interest in the connection between the body, nervous system, and our innate capacity for healing.
With almost a decade experience in massage and bodywork, I witnessed how much can shift when people are given the opportunity to slow down,. Time and again I saw that healing is often less about doing more and more about creating the conditions for the body to find its own way back to balance. This understanding led me to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy — a gentle yet profound modality that honours the body's wisdom and its natural capacity for regulation, repair, and change.
My intention is to create a safe space where clients can slow down, reconnect, and experience the restorative effects of deep rest and nervous system regulation.
In a world that often asks us to keep pushing, achieving, and holding it all together, this work offers something different: an opportunity to slow down, listen, and reconnect with yourself.
My background
I hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and Massage and began my career working locally in Rye before taking my skills overseas. Over the following decade, I worked as a massage therapist first in London and then aboard luxury superyachts, supporting people from diverse backgrounds while travelling extensively around the world.
After returning home to Australia and becoming a mother, my understanding of healing and support deepened. As I returned to working with clients, I felt drawn to creating a space where people—particularly new mothers and those navigating life's transitions—could slow down, be deeply listened to, and reconnect with themselves.
This path led me to undertake Craniosacral Release training through the Craniosacral Institute of Australia and continue expanding my understanding of the body's innate capacity for healing.
Today, through Sacred Hold, I feel honoured to offer a space of deep rest, connection, and support for those seeking greater ease and wellbeing.
